In a recent experience, the global Chief Sales Officer in an international technical group got in touch with us regarding their expansion program on the italian market.
They needed to recruit and hire the New Sales Development Manager in their brand new italian site, they wanted to build and develop.
The Chief Sales Officer was looking for a recruiting partner: “We would like to find some specialists who understands our business, our style, our way of doing business in order to help us find most appropriate and talented person”.
He was looking for an authoritative expert on the italian labour market that would take the commitment to reach the best possible result in a given time, working closely with international company management.
The manager, looking for the recruiting partner, was evaluating how good the interaction with them could be, what specific skills and capability we could prove.
At the end of the project, after the new manager hire in that organization, company management were asked to provide us with some feedback.
